The Ferme de Bertogne
The holiday home is very conveniently and quietly located in the triangle
La Roche-en-Ardenne, Houffalize and Bastogne.
Equipped with every comfort, it accommodates eight people, including one or two babies. Beds are made upon arrival, and towel packages are provided. A carefree start to your Ardennes holiday!

THE HOUSE
De hoeve is geschikt om 8 volwassenen te herbergen met evt 2 baby's (ledikantje en campingbedje zijn aanwezig).
Begane grond:
- woonkamer met flatscreen tv, DVD, hoekzetel, 2 fauteuils en een houtkachel om uw avonden nog meer sfeer te geven.
-eetkamer met eettafel en 8 eetstoelen (+ kinderstoel en peuterstoel)
Vanuit de eetkamer is er een trapje naar het terras. Hier vindt u 8 stoelen en een ruime tuintafel. Ook is er een barbecue op het terras. In de tuin geniet u van een prachtig uitzicht en is er een speeltoestel + zandbak. NIEUW is het zonneterras van waar u een heerlijk zicht hebt op het dal.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hand blender, etc.

Free WiFi available throughout the property.
Garden
There's a private terrace with a barbecue, and the enclosed garden offers stunning views of the surrounding area. For the little ones, there's a sandbox and playground equipment.
From our sun terrace you can enjoy the view and also keep an eye on the little ones.
Washing, drying and ironing facilities
In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
Bathrooms
The house has two bathrooms. One is very spacious with a bathtub, two sinks, and a baby changing table. The second has a rain shower and a single sink.
Free bed linen and towels
We ensure your holiday can begin immediately upon arrival. Beds are made, and towels are provided for each guest.
